Hi, I’m Katrina!

I work with wedding professionals just like you, to help you grow your business, get more customers and increase your income.

My Story

     My introduction to the wedding industry was back in 2012, as a wedding stationer. I met some amazing couples and created some stunning bespoke designs. I felt like I found my place in the world but I wanted to do more to actually help people. I still felt like something was missing. So, I enrolled on a wedding planning course.
     I remember the day the course materials arrived, I was so excited. I opened the box and had a quick flick through the content and just happened to land at the marketing section. I was shocked at the lack of content this section covered. Having over 10 years experience in various marketing roles (not to mention all the ‘refresher’ courses I’d completed over the previous year) I was disappointed to see that it was the most basic introduction to what I would call ‘spammy’ marketing, complete with black-hat SEO strategies. It left me seriously questioning the rest of the course content! After giving it some thought, I put my doubts to one side and got started on my new training, reminding myself it was a wedding planning course, not a marketing course!
     Over the months that followed, I helped friends starting up their businesses in various industries, sharing my knowledge of marketing, business planning, social media and the online business world. I helped them to figure out what they wanted, create plans of action to achieve their goals and gave them whatever support they needed, along the way.
     Seeing my friends succeed, was such a defining moment in my career. With a little encouragement from one of these friends, I made the decision to use these talents and start afresh, as a wedding business coach and enrolled on a coaching course. (Did I mention that I’m a bit of a course-junkie?)
     Suddenly everything fell into place, my social media efforts were paying off, my audience was growing, engagement was increasing, I was building my email list, I was full of ideas that I could use to help my clients. I finally felt like I’d found my true purpose, everything in my life was going so well……. then I burned out!
     Burnout was a very testing period for me, and its something that I still find difficult to talk about. Let’s just say, it was a very steep learning curve in my life. During which, I learned so much about myself, about what matters to me and where my limitations lie.
